- Plans, directs and implements organization’s marketing brand message. Responsible for communicating consistent message across print and electronic media. Ensures that key, strategic messages are communicated effectively to target audiences.
- Develops Press Releases with every new product launch, activity or special event to maximize the use and benefits of free press and advertising.
- Coordinates, collaborate and coworks with Central Press Relation and Communication personnel in Italy and at Corporate.
- Acts as liaison with vendors that produce public relations materials, advertising and marketing collateral to ensure that the text and content is consistent with the brand strategy...
- Spokesperson and representative for organization to dealers, employees and trade media. Provide feedback and guidance to organization on dealer, customer and employee response to internal and external communications.
- Responsible for writing communications and creating public relations/communications plans that meet overall marketing strategies.
- Develop communications plans to support/enhance marketing strategies and plans. Manage internal and external agencies to maximize synergies and enhance quality of communication materials.
- Develop and execute strategies that support business goals and improve processes, increase synergies across brands and regions to reduce spending and save cash.
- Establish and maintain the appropriate matrix relationships within the company and with the communications function and business groups.
- Integrate After Sales and Credit to present one brand voice to the customer and reduce overall production costs and save cash by increasing synergies across organizations. Ensure delivery of brand is compatible with overall brand strategy and corporate communications strategy.
- Increase the value of the brand in the minds of customers and dealers through effective communication materials and tools to increase product margins.
- Create new innovative ways to communicate the brand message, strategy, increase brand awareness thru effective and cost efficient out of the box ideas.
